Our Team

Daniel J O'Neil-Ortiz, Partner

Daniel J. O'Neil-Ortiz has extensive business and employment litigation experience in defending plaintiffs and employers against wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, wrongful termination and FEHA actions. He has litigated business and employment matters in both state and federal courts. He has considerable law and motion experience, including preparing motions for summary judgment. He also has experience advising clients on business and employment matters, including reasonable accommodations under the ADA. He has prepared employee handbooks as well as wage and hour policies on behalf of employers. He has also counseled clients regarding arbitration, separation, non-disclosure, fraud and embezzlement issues. In addition, his experience includes representation of companies in their business and commercial litigation matters, including general liability and business tort claims. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
